Miss Eyelash Studio Policy

I agree to have eyelash extensions applied to my natural eyelashes and / or removed and retouched. I understand that on rare occasions there are risks associated with having eyelash extensions applied or removed from my natural eyelashes. I further understand that in rare cases, as part of the procedure, eye irritation and discomfort could occur. Even though the lash artist may apply and remove my lash extensions properly. I understand that there is a possibility of eye irritation that may require follow-up care at my own expense to prevent damage to my eyes. I agree that if I experience any itching or irritation, I will contact my eyelash extensions professional immediately to have the lash extensions removed. I understand I should not attempt to remove my lash extensions on my own or with any product.

I agree to follow the care and maintenance instructions provided by the eyelash extension professional for the use and care of my lashes, and that if any follow-up care is required due to my own mistake or negligence, or failure to follow these instructions, this will be at my own expense and risk. I understand that if I do any of the following, it may result in damage to my lashes or may cause my lashes to fall off prematurely. Knowing this, I agree to follow these tips for the best results. I will avoid oil-based eye products, as these will loosen the bond of my lashes. I will avoid getting lashes wet within the first 24 hours after the application. I will avoid using waterproof mascara, not use an eyelash curler, and will not perm or tint my lashes. I agree not to pick, pull or rub my lashes. For the first 2 days after the application, I understand it is best to avoid swimming, saunas, and steam rooms. I realize and accept that such factors as failure to adhere to follow-up care instructions, eye sensitivity, skin type, lifestyle, allergies, hormone imbalance, sickness, and others may cause eyelash extensions to fall out and / or decrease the time that lashes will last.

I understand and agree that for booking an appointment I will be charged a deposit. I agree to the cancellation policy. In the event that I cancel or reschedule my appointment with less than 24-hour notice, my deposit will not be refunded.

I understand and agree that in case of any occurrence such as reaction, discomfort, or irritation from eyelash extensions, if my expectations do not match the result or if my eyelash extensions lasted less than it was described by the eyelash extension professional, the cost of the service will not be refunded.

I consent that pictures taken before and/or after this and further procedures can be used for the purposes of potential advertising, education, and promotional purposes.
